Effective Monday, April 5, 2010, the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services located at 2420 Del Paso Road, Suite 270, Sacramento, CA 95834, will no longer accept monetary transactions/payments at the public counter.

Effective from this date, all monetary transactions/payments will be accepted at the Department of Consumer Affairs, Cashiering Unit, 1625 North Market Boulevard, Suite S-100, Sacramento, CA 95834.

The Bureau continually seeks new ways to improve our customer service to you. Your direct delivery of payments to the Department's Cashiering Unit will reduce the processing time of your transaction by days, and makes this a much more efficient process.
