COLLATERAL RECOVERY DISCIPLINARY REVIEW COMMITTEE APPLICATIONS NOW BEING ACCEPTED
The Governor’s Office is currently accepting applications for the Collateral Recovery Disciplinary Review Committee (DRC).
The DRC was established for the purpose of considering appeals of repossession agency, repossession agency qualified manager, and repossession agency employee applicants and licensees of the Bureau’s denials, suspensions, and revocations, as well as the assessment of administrative fines. The DRC consists of five members appointed by the Governor with three members actively engaged in business as a licensed repossession agency and two members from the general public. The DRC becomes operative July 1, 2017.
If you are actively engaged in business as a licensed repossession agency and wish to apply for an appointment as a professional member of the DRC, or if you are interested in applying for appointment as a public member*, please apply directly to the Governor’s Office by completing an application for appointment using the following link: https://www.gov.ca.gov/s_appointmentsapplication.php
When completing the online application, please select Collateral Recovery Disciplinary Review Committee from the “position sought” drop-down box (item 3 of the online application).
