Power to Arrest Training

On December 1, 2023, the Office of Administrative Law approved the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services’ proposed action to amend Division 7 of Title 16, California Code of Regulations (CCR) sections 628, 631, 633, 635, 643, and 646 and filed the action with the Secretary of State. This regulatory action became effective on December 1, 2023.
